Loan/Real Estate Signings

I am a National Notary Association - Certified Loan Document Signing Agent offering services in Tulare, Kings, Fresno, and Kern counties. I can travel just about anywhere necessary to assist signers with their real estate documents. Comfort and convenience are key! 

These appointments can include:

• Preparation of documents (printing and assembling documents, as well as reviewing all requirements from title/escrow)

• Walk-through with signers 

• Post signing work: scans/fax if required by title 

• Delivery of documents (either hand delivered or shipped back to title/escrow companies)

Time and location of signing are determined by the client. I am open and flexible to whatever is most convenient for the signers.
